By creating a Voltage workspace, you agree to these terms.
The service
Voltage provides software for tracking, pricing, and following up on construction bids. We may update features over time; we will not remove material functionality without notice.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- Workspace admins are responsible for managing team access and roles.
- You are responsible for the content your team uploads into the workspace.
Acceptable use
Don't use Voltage to break the law, infringe third-party rights, reverse-engineer the service, or attempt to access another organization's data.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from workspace settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your data
You own the data you put into Voltage. We process it to provide the service per our Privacy Policy. On termination, you can export your data; we will delete it within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
Service availability
We work hard to keep Voltage available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events may cause downtime.
Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We will post material changes here and notify workspace admins by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
